These Terms govern your use of AccruSys, a product of NexusNimble Solutions Private Limited ("AccruSys", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
AccruSys provides practice-management software for CA, CS, CMA, and compliance firms. You may use the service for your firm's lawful business purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You retain ownership of all data you put into AccruSys, including your clients' information. We act as a processor of that data on your behalf, and we handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and process the client data you bring into the service.
You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not:
We work to keep AccruSys reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, and improvements, and will aim to minimise disruption. Features may evolve over time as the product develops.
Where the service is offered on a paid basis, applicable fees and billing terms will be presented to you before you subscribe. Any free access is offered at our discretion and may change with reasonable notice.
AccruSys is a tool to help you run your practice; it does not replace your professional judgment. You remain responsible for the accuracy of filings, reconciliations, advice, and compliance decisions you make. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AccruSys is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
You may stop using AccruSys and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached. On termination, you may export your data within a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms as the product and our business evolve. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and where appropriate we will notify you directly. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
